Consent to Personal Data Processing

This Consent is given by the user of https://norma-assistant.ru by ticking the «I consent to the processing of my personal data» checkbox before submitting the form.

This English text is an informational translation. In case of any discrepancy the Russian version prevails.

1. Operator

2. Data subject

An individual who has entered their data into a website form and ticked the consent checkbox. The subject is identified by the e-mail address or other contact details provided, together with the date, time, IP address and session identifier recorded at the moment consent was given.

3. Categories of personal data

Consent covers: name; e-mail address; contact details voluntarily provided in the contact form; the text of the request; password hash; Google account details when Google sign-in is used; IP address, User-Agent, date and time, session identifier and cookies; subscription status and payment transaction identifiers.

Payment card details are not collected or processed by the Operator.

4. Purposes

Purposes: registration, identification and authentication; provision of the «NormaCore AI» service including request history; handling of requests and feedback; subscription management; account recovery; security; and statutory compliance.

This Consent does not cover advertising communications, which require separate consent under Art. 18(1) of Federal Law No. 38-FZ «On Advertising».

5. Processing operations

Consent covers collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer, anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction, by both automated and non-automated means.

The Operator may engage processors (hosting, e-mail delivery, payment provider) under contracts imposing confidentiality obligations; the list is available on request at artemaideveloper@gmail.com.

Consent does not cover public dissemination of personal data under Art. 10.1 of Law No. 152-FZ.

6. Validity and withdrawal

Consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes are achieved or it is withdrawn.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a free-form statement to artemaideveloper@gmail.com. Upon withdrawal the Operator ceases processing and destroys the data within thirty days, except for data whose retention is required by law or necessary to prove the lawfulness of prior processing (Art. 21(5) of Law No. 152-FZ).

Withdrawal results in deletion of the account and termination of the Service unless processing may continue on another lawful ground under Art. 9(2) of Law No. 152-FZ.
